Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Program Manager for a Direct Hire opening at a Machine Shop in Billerica, MA!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a continuous and controlled operation to produce a given product.
• Coordinating programs and cross-functional teams to address complex aerospace and defense challenges.
• Guiding multidisciplinary teams in the development of integrated hardware solutions, unique materials, and machining technology.
• Manage a team size range from 5-25 people.
• Coordinate program timelines ranging from 6 months to several years.
• Maintain schedules and budgets for projects
• Provide overall direction for successful program completion.
• Communicate with customers on technical requirements for projects
• Help bring the customer's vision to reality and build/maintain customer relationships
• Work closely with internal manufacturing, suppliers, and leadership teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree is required
• Previous experience in Program/Project Management is required
• Previous experience with Hardware, Software, Complex Electromechanical, Robotics or Autonomous Vehicles
• Previous experience in the Aerospace Industry is a plus
• Previous experience in the Machine Shop Industry is required
• Six Sigma & LEAN Manufacturing
• Statistical Analysis (SPC)
• PLC & Robotics Knowledge is a plus
• Microsoft Office
• Vendor & Customer Management

Compensation:$100-130K
